Our cows are grass fed, but can be grain finished by special order. We can fulfill just about any order! From individuals looking for a few pounds of longhorn beef as a healthy alternative, to restaurants looking for large volume orders on a year round basis. Flying DW Ranch is a small family business owned and operated by Dusty and Melissa Weitz of Moscow, Idaho. We began raising and breeding longhorn cows in 2006 with support of the late longhorn breeder, Eddie Wood and his wife Joyce. We now offer quality breeding stock and commercial grass fed beef. We enjoy interacting with our cattle and they are an important part of our lives.
